Continuation of the last blog. Getting back to the karaoke bar. Owned by a Japanese guy, really nice guy. I explained to him who I was and what I’m doing so he asked me of course what do I like to drink and I see the bottle of Patrona there. I said, “If you don’t mind, I’d like to have a nice shot of Patrona in a glass.” So he just pointed to the Japanese girl and she poured away.

Anyway, I never really go to karaoke clubs. I’ve probably seen it twice, I actually avoid it. But I tell you what, people love to perform, people love to sing. One of the first ones up was a young lady, tall woman dressed up like an Egyptian and her two girl friends in these sexy Arabian outfits. They did the song Walk Like An Egyptian. It was so entertaining. I photographed all the girls, there were three of them. It was great. Of course, they were very sexy looking, great outfits. Then there was some guys who sung some cool rock songs by Bon Jovi, that crazy song in the movie Motor Head – what movie was that? Boogie Nights. Very funny. I mean, I had a great time.

Then of course the night is extended with Kathleen Turner and Joe Piscopo to their friends’ house and then to another bar. I lucked out my ex-wife, took my little guys to her house because if that wasn’t going on, I would’ve had to leave right after the karaoke party.

Yesterday’s photography. It’s funny when I’m sitting in the streets, people walk by that I didn’t see for such a long time. Of course, I talked about this already. There was a girl I dated named Meherith from Ethiopia. I didn’t see her for like five years. She stopped and said hello, saw me out there and of course Danny Diamond’s walking the street. That’s the guy I just spend hours talking about but I want him to be a fulltime member of my posse. He’s just too busy doing his things that he does. All kinds of crazy things, can’t get in to him over this blog. But anyway, he’s my man.

Banging out so many images that I’m overwhelmed with photos. Maybe there are 11,000 now, images that I got to edit through and at least get 3,000 or 4,000 of them on the site.
